About the role
As our Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to bring Dhoom’s vision to life on every plate. From leading daily kitchen operations to mentoring junior chefs, you’ll ensure every dish is executed with consistency, precision and creativity. This role is about balancing craft and leadership in a high-energy, Michelin-inspired environment.
Required qualifications
3–5 years of experience in fine dining kitchens
Strong knowledge of Indian and international cuisine
Ability to manage kitchen staff and daily operations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Food safety certification and compliance with health standards
