About the role
As Pastry Chef, you’ll bring elegance and imagination to our dessert program. From reimagined Indian classics to refined modern creations, your work will be the final flourish to every guest’s dining journey. You’ll oversee pastry operations, lead a small team, and ensure every sweet ending is as memorable as the main course.
Required qualifications
3–5 years of pastry experience in fine dining or luxury hotels
Skilled in plated desserts, breads, and confections
Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques
Experience managing pastry staff and inventory
Certification or training in pastry arts preferred
