About the role

Our Bartenders are storytellers. Crafting cocktails that surprise, delight and elevate every guest’s evening. You’ll curate signature drinks, master classics and bring bold creativity to Dhoom’s modern bar program. From behind the counter, you’ll help set the tone for unforgettable nights.

Required qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in cocktail bars or fine dining

• Knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail techniques

• Flair for balancing speed with creativity

• Strong communication and guest engagement skills

• Smart Serve certification (or equivalent)
